and a whopping 1 minority in the group. combined w/ their earlier “40 under 40” list (equally monochromatic), that’s 78 white young farmers and 2 persons of color. this despite the fact that the majority of young agriculture workers in this country are non-white. shame on MNN for not learning their lesson the first time around.
